The things people ask first
Straight answers, in plain language. If your question isn't here, a short conversation will answer it faster than any page could.
How do we start working together?
It starts with a conversation, not a commitment. We compare what we've observed about your business from the outside with how things actually work inside, agree on the highest-value opportunity, and only then recommend the right way to move — which may be a small, focused piece of work rather than a big build.
How is pricing structured?
It depends on the size and urgency of the opportunity, so we work in three ways. A Focused Improvement is a tightly scoped, high-impact fix (typically $1k–$3k). Phased Modernization delivers several connected improvements over a defined period on a monthly investment. An Ongoing Technology Partnership is continuous prioritization and implementation on a monthly retainer with defined capacity. You'll always know the number, and the scope, before we start.
Will you recommend building something even if we don't need it?
No. The preferred recommendation is the smallest, highest-impact improvement that meaningfully moves the business — and if an existing product, a process change, or a lower-cost fix is the better answer than custom software, we'll say so. We'd rather earn a long-term relationship than oversell a single project.
Who owns the code and designs?
You do. Full ownership of all code, design files, and assets transfers to you. Nothing is locked to a proprietary platform you can't leave.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every engagement includes a stabilization window, and most partners continue with us for monitoring, iteration, and new improvements as the business grows.
Do you use AI?
Where it creates measurable value, yes — but we lead with the business problem and choose the right tools for it, AI or not. It's one part of how we build, never the pitch.
How do you approach security and privacy?
Security is designed in, not added later: least-privilege access, encrypted secrets, sensible data retention, and industry-standard practices. We're careful with your data and your customers'.
Can you work with our existing team and stack?
Absolutely. We integrate with in-house teams, adapt to your stack and conventions, and hand off documentation so your team can confidently own what we build.
Still have a question in mind?
The best answer usually comes from a short conversation about your specific business — no deck, no pressure.
